A ticket must be issued & can be obtained from the box office of the cinema. 


Booking information

BOOKING FEE -  A booking fee of 30p per ticket is charged for all online & phone transactions.


ANYSEAT -  You are free to choose where you would like to sit when you arrive at the cinema . If you book tickets online or from our box office you are guaranteed seats however if you arrive late, you may not be able to sit together. We will try our best to sit pairs and groups together when possible.


ALLOCATED SEATING - At the time of booking you will be required to choose & reserve the seats you wish to sit in.


Doors for a show open 10 minutes before the show depending on when the previous show finishes.


A limited supply of booster seats are available but these are on a first come first served basis.

ID will be required for 12A, 15 & 18 certificate films .

We accept passports, driving license and 'pass' logo card.  6th form, college or university cards will also be accepted. 

Parental consent or accompaniment is not a valid form of identification. 



Alcohol sales are restricted to certain films and certificates. No alcohol will be served for childrens films.

Ask a member of staff which of our current films you can enjoy an alcoholic drink in.


Alcohol sales are strictly for over 18s, ID will be required.



We do NOT accept Orange / EE Wednesdays.
